The cosmic heart center, it’s connection to higher self and all that is makes humans an extraordinary loving force unmatched in the universe. When an individual can balance the lower chakras and open the heart a new world is unlocked and life begins to flow effortlessly! Come open your cosmic heart and unlock your real superpower as a human - your ability to connect to everything and love unconditionally!

Start the evening with a gentle movement practice with intentional poses to open up your heart chakra. 

Embark on a sound bath with journey to open your cosmic heart, led by Kyron of Halo Heart, Rachael of Nuanced Art, and Kristin of Magic Mushrooms in the Crystal Garden. During this experience Reiki will also be offered to those wishing to receive. 

End the evening with a giving and receiving circle practice. 

Light refreshments provided. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, water, journal, and wear comfortable clothing.
